Synergy Promo Products strives for complete customer satisfaction on every job. We offer only high quality merchandise.

Whilst all products supplied by Synergy Promo Products are of the highest quality material and workmanship we encourage you to review a sample of the actual product before placing your order.

These samples are representative in nature (e.g. slight colour variations between product runs can occur) but help to ensure that the product suits its intended purpose and meets your requirements.

At Synergy Promo Products we measure ourselves against our own high quality standards for every job. To ensure that these standards are met we do not apologise for being thorough, to make sure the quality of your logo and brand are not compromised in any way.

Unprinted Products:

We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with the products that you have ordered, for whatever reason, we will refund your money. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and we will fix the problem. Please note a refund will require return of the products in saleable condition.

Decorated Products:

For all decorated products an artwork approval form will be generated, that will state the product supplied, the decoration method, the PMS colours used as well as a layout of the product with decoration, and any other relevant order details.

Once you have signed this form, we guarantee to ship the correct product with the correct decoration to the correct location, or we’ll fix the problem.

Our Guarantee means that if your order is not produced to the specifications stated on the artwork approval form, we will reproduce, replace or rework to your complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you're unhappy with the promotional products supplied by Synergy Promo Products we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
