General Terms and Conditions

All orders placed with Synergy Promo Products will only be accepted subject to these Terms and Conditions which may be altered at any time. Such changes to the Terms and Conditions shall only apply after notification by Synergy Promo Products to the customer.

All Orders from Synergy Promo Products will be subject to approval.

Synergy Promo Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if Trading Terms are not complied with or for any other reason.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images are the property of Synergy Promo Products or its content suppliers. Images of products may be downloaded or saved to your computer for the express purpose of internal decision making, but may not be reproduced, electronically or by print, for distribution outside your organisation.
Products depicted with logos are presented for display purposes only. Logos and brand names remain the sole property of registered users.
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, republished, displayed or used for any commercial purpose without express permission from Synergy Promo Products.

Product Information

Whilst every care is taken to ensure colour and size measurements are accurate, Synergy Promo Products cannot be held responsible for variations (which may occur between various product batches), or colours represented from our catalogue or website. For the most accurate representation, ask for a Sample from current shipment.

Prices

Whilst all care is taken to provide accurate updated information, Synergy Promo Products makes no guarantee as to the availability and price of the products displayed. Product availability and prices can be confirmed by a written quote which will be valid as specified, or at the time of placement of order.
All product images, specifications and prices were correct at time of posting. Synergy Promo Products is not responsible for errors or omissions and reserves the right to make changes including price changes at any time and without notice.
Prices do not include GST.

Additional Charges

We will notify you before printing if any unforeseen additional charges are applicable.
Synergy Promo Products reserves the right to impose a surcharge in circumstances that require a double print process (e.g when a light colour needs to be printed on a dark colour). This can occur with some products and/or decoration methods.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon confirmation of order. Production of first time orders will only start once invoice is paid in full. Subsequent orders will only be despatched once invoice is paid in full.

Retention Of Title/Ownership

All goods remain the property of Synergy Promo Products until they have been paid for in full.

Quantities Overs and Unders

Whilst every care is taken to ensure exact quantities are met, Synergy Promo Products reserve the right to under or over deliver by 5%, as per the industry standard.  For printed products Synergy Promo Products reserve the right to supply less than quantity ordered if spoils have occurred during printing. Request for exact quantities may incur a surcharge.

Cancellation of Order

Once an order has been confirmed and the artwork approved, if the order is cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply. All charges incurred will be invoiced, and, depending on the status of the order, these can vary from artwork fees, set-up costs, product costs, or full payment of job if items have already been decorated.

Claims or Returns

In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Goods will only be accepted with a valid authorisation number which can be obtained from our claims department.
Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.
Once confectionery has left our premises, product cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.

Shipping

Synergy Promo Products makes its best effort to ensure we ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations. Synergy Promo Products cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by natural disasters.
The date and/or time quoted for delivery is an estimate only and Synergy Promo Products shall endeavour to meet these times. However Synergy Promo Products will not be held responsible for delivery after the anticipated date.

Deliveries to third parties

Where delivery is requested to another party (e.g. conference facility) then it is the customers’ responsibility to check that the delivery is correct as ordered. Synergy Promo Products will not accept responsibility for goods lost by third parties.

Samples

Synergy Promo Products is happy to provide samples as requested. We will endeavour to ensure these are provided free of charge, however where multiple samples or samples at a significant cost are provided, Synergy Promo Products reserves the right to charge for these samples, or request they be returned in a saleable condition.
Where the client is billed for a sample and wishes to place an order, Synergy Promo Products will provide a credit for the sample.

Pre-production samples

Pre-production samples can be supplied prior to your full order. This will incur a print setup fee. No further setup fee will be payable once full production commences, unless changes are requested after samples are produced.

Artwork

If artwork is not print ready, additional artwork fees may be applicable.
An Artwork approval form will be supplied prior to print production which depicts your print requirements. Please note that Artwork approval forms will not always be exactly to scale depending on the product.
Print production will not commence until we receive a signed artwork approval form.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all artwork details e.g. size, positioning, Colours, accuracy of spelling, phone numbers etc, are correct before approving.

Positioning

If the size and or positioning of your design is critical, we recommend that you provide measurements from reference points such a seams or edges. In the absence of measurements being provided prints will be positioned in accordance with standard position ranges for positions.
The positioning is likely to vary by a small amount as are individual garment sizes.

Changes or Amendments

All changes or amendments must be in writing. In the event of a late change (after approval) any setup work which has been done may be charged for.

Colour

Every effort is made to match colours against signed artwork approval form. Synergy Promo Products accept no responsibility where colour match may differ due to a manufacturing process.
Synergy Promo Products will match PMS colours as accurately as the inks will allow.
Due to the colour and nature of various materials, it is often impossible to obtain a 100% match. All materials print differently and if your logo is being applied to two different styles in the same order, variation in colour may occur.

Warranty

Where warranties are stated, it covers defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover wear & tear or where the goods are not used for their intended purpose.

Quotes

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for thirty days.

Urgent orders

Synergy Promo Products are happy to try to accommodate urgent orders. Please note surcharges may apply.

Non-Availability of Stock

Every effort is made to ensure that stock is available at time of quoting, however Synergy Promo Products shall not be liable as a result of non-availability of stock.
